About Me

i am tall and athletic, with blue eyes. My right eye vision is twice as bad as my left eye. I have 4 tattoos, all of which were done by women (by chance?) and all have a celtic twist. I love to dance, especially to techno or hip hop, and I DON'T need to drink first. I can touch my tongue to my nose. I love to sing and write poetry, cook and eat food, and enjoy a good smooth wine. I often open doors a crack with my arm, then finish opening them with my foot. I've had 2 right shoulder reconstructive surgeries. I'm naturally very flexible. I like trying things the hard way, for the challenge, even if it takes me longer, so don't ask to help! I tend to fall deep into despair right before I figure something out. I love the science of astrology. I love learning and being on the cutting edge. I love curious and generous people. I get energy from people. Music feeds my soul, and hard rock music really resonates with me. I can manifest my dreams. I have a high libido, and love a good man. I've had 3 "serious" relationships and 3 "flings" (all things equal), and loved them all intensely. I love to sing, and my cat hates it when I sing. I often want to massage strangers' shoulders, but restrain myself. I often want to break out dancing in the middle of a gym, but restrain myself. I have a hair obsession which can only be described as trichotillomania, since I was 12. I need at least 2 hours of exercise daily to stay fit. I'm entranced by a beautiful moon or landscape. I love lifting weights and feeling strong. I love walking down hills and feeling tall and powerful. I love a fresh, cool breeze. I've been asked for ecstacy because of the way I dance, but I've never tried drugs, not even pot (though I have felt its effects second-hand). I didn't drink until age 19. I don't like breaking the law, but I will test the rules. I love learning languages and music. I'm overanalytical. I tend to say too much rather than too little.

2010 Personal Mission
Monthly:
  • Read 1 new book per month
  • Plan business paperwork time & monthly analysis time
  • Monthly conference calls & outings 6 per year with tenants
  • Monthly massage
  • Save money & not take it out of savings
  • Meet up with local friend once per month
  • Talk with distant friend once per month
  • One yoga class per month


Weekly:
  • Swim one day per week minimum
  • Lift weights 2-3x/week
  • Go grocery shopping regularly every week
  • Volunteer 2 hours/week
  • Do laundry regularly
  • Massage or teach yoga to someone


Daily:
  • Hatha yoga & meditate (or read spiritual texts) twice daily
  • Prepare meals for next day in advance
  • Eat salad 3x/week minimum
  • Get up 2 hours before I have to leave the house
  • 1 hour of exercise
  • Minimum one blog entry daily – personal
  • Minimum one blog entry daily – coaching

Annual (within 2010):

  • Learn to do a back handspring
  • Continue formal education in track & field, yoga, and massage by taking at least 1 workshop of each
